We have a qualified team that will install one or the whole of many process machines, especially pharmaceutical companies.

We do the installation of fluid bed dryers, coating machines, tablet presses, container mixers, crushers and many process machines or the installation of the whole granulation line on a turnkey basis.

Welder and assembler certified by accredited institutions; our qualified personnel, who have received training on the automatic and manual machines they use, currently manufactures constructive products in our workshop.

At this point, we also provide engineering and consultancy services to companies.

We do risk analysis and static analysis for an installation project, we make a summary of the discovery, we give an offer, we design and we implement. 

We draw the layout of the machines, submit it to your approval, and after mutual approval, we start according to the Lay-out and P&ID drawings. We deliver in accordance with technical specifications, taking into account user, controller and customer requests.

Projects requested by us or submitted to us only for application service, we implement them in the field as a result of mutual consultations and business plans. We carry out all stages of exploration, proposal creation, project submission, implementation and delivery according to the requirements of our quality management system.

At the beginning of the job, all of our personnel who will work in the workshop, field or office environment or take part in some / all of the project health reports showing that he is able to perform his duty in the project, occupational safety and worker health trainings and related certificates from closed / narrow space to working at height, social security institution employment declarations, criminal record records and professional qualification documents we present it to you by observing the personal data protection law.

In addition to these, we do the risk analysis of the project using our own quality management system and forms, whether requested or not. We request that necessary measures be taken, if any, and at this point, we present our opinions and suggestions to our customers.

Throughout the project, we create general information forms about the flow of work in all processes from the beginning to the end of the work. In order to facilitate the follow-up of the project and make it controllable, we present it to you with our work and time plans.
