General Facility Lines
We manufacture pressurized / unpressurized, vacuum / non-vacuum, walled / unshelled, welded / seamless, hygienic / non-hygienic, hand-welded / auto-welded pipelines and pipe instruments according to your process, as welded or detachable.
We can manufacture transfer lines, which are frequently needed in many different points of the industry, in our workshop with preliminary preparation, we can also as well as on site, when necessary, with our experienced construction site teams.
We design, draw and implement general plant lines according to relevant standards.
At this point, we also provide engineering and consultancy services to companies.
For a process application, we choose materials according to the type of fluid to be transferred, temperature and pressure value. After this point, from pumps to heat exchangers according to the desired flow value and user points, pipe and instrument diagram (P&ID) considering all the equipment needed, from pressure gauges to safety valves and if necessary, we create the layout plan (lay-out), submit it to your approval and create a design protocol.
Projects requested by us or submitted to us only for application service, we implement them in the field as a result of mutual consultations and business plans. We carry out all stages of exploration, proposal creation, project submission, implementation and delivery according to the requirements of our quality management system.
At the beginning of the job, all of our personnel who will work in the workshop, field or office environment or take part in some / all of the project health reports showing that he is able to perform his duty in the project, occupational safety and worker health trainings and related certificates from closed / narrow space to working at height, social security institution employment declarations, criminal record records and professional qualification documents we present it to you by observing the personal data protection law.
In addition to these, we do the risk analysis of the project using our own quality management system and forms, whether requested or not. We request that necessary measures be taken, if any, and at this point, we present our opinions and suggestions to our customers.
Throughout the project, we create general information forms about the flow of work in all processes from the beginning to the end of the work. In order to facilitate the follow-up of the project and make it controllable, we present it to you with our work and time plans.

Fluid: We are familiar with many processes according to the fluid. With our experienced field and office team, we provide services for the manufacture of many lines such as compressed air, nitrogen, steam, condensate, chiller, hot water, cold water, mains water, raw water, pure water, dionysed water, vacuum, dust suction, drainage and acid lines.
